June Griffin, Crazy Old Bat Part II

When I first saw June Griffin on the Daily Show, I wrote this post, where you can see the video of her craziness as well.

I decided to google her and found her most recent column in the People News of Tennessee, it is titled, Sodom and Gomorrah - Revised Standard:

This is just the first paragraph, if you want to read more bring a barf bag:

"Verse l. Abraham was a very good man whose nephew, Lot, was a city officer in Sodom. He had been warned that there was coming a destruction to Sodom because they had gambling, voodoo, prostitution, violating the Lord's Day, pagan worship, wineries and liquor distributors, they hated preachers, and worst of all, most of their people were on some form of public support, which is the product of living like this. Lot never did like redistribution of the wealth because it was one of the reasons that the Great Flood had come. Many of his ancestors had been destroyed in that Flood but his best ancestor, Noah, was spared because he didn't do these evil acts."

Where do these people come from? Which copy of the Bible did she read? Seems like she has what you might call a black heart.

Reminds me of Shakespeare's quote from Merchant of Venice, I believe Antonio said,"The devil can cite Scripture for his purpose."

I am the grandson of June Griffin. and if you would take the time to read the bible, you might not show how uneducated you are.

Sir, if you and your Grandmother took the time to read the Bible and actually understood the words on the page for their real meaning, I doubt that you would have this much criticism directed toward your family. Your grandmothers rantings bring shame to Dayton and the greater Chattanooga area and merely solidify the image of uneducated, radical racists.
